Wow! I can’t get enough of Sparkling red wines and this is certainly the first sparkling Lagrein that has crossed my path, but it’s a beautiful slamming, super tasty fun. Perfect with pizza. Damn this makes me miss visiting the North Fork of Long Island. I’m so glad I hit the tasting @domainela this past Sunday, all the wines were special but Chasing Moonlight just cut right through into my heart. I gotta have more but according to @southold_farm_and_cellar website only 139 cases made so let’s pretend I can get my hands on 100 cases I can drink around 3 bottles a day for the next year!
